Went to a chiropractor today to see if he could do anything to relieve the back pain. The x-rays show more deterioration/damage than x-rays from a year ago. Also have one muscle causing serious enough trouble that the inflammation showed up on the x-ray. It's caused one hip to be higher than the other and some twisting of the vertebrae.
He did the little tingly shocker pads, the heat pads, a back massage, acupuncture, and the little activator pop gun. Something in that list, or everything in that list has made a difference. Enough of a difference for me to get GOOD sleep this afternoon.

and while he kept saying that some things were going to be a bit uncomfortable, nothing he did was worse than the pain in my back so it didn't matter - do whatever you want if it means that I get 5 hours of uninterrupted solid sleep
If I hadn't almost passed out from pain when he did the double leg lift in the exam, I would have called him dirty names. Instead, I saw black with shooting stars and lost the ability to speak.
