most of the night negotiating release from migraine - at what point is it not paranoia or something to see a neurologist?

hard to wake, even with momma call

email from office about something I don't know - returned the call anyway but got a machine - o darn

realized that my training neighbor _really_ despises me

boarded the tour bus for trip to tiny town

contemplating yet-another cast on for doom sock

ate sandwich on the bus

started doom sock, casting on with doubled needles

arrived in tiny town and met the city clerk and the former mayor

walked around the 4 x 5 block town

plucked fresh bay leaves from an enormous bay tree

rode the bus back to training town, passing through lots of DANGEROUS converted/developed farmland

completed a few rounds of doom sock, looks like it can fit sasquatch

dined on breadsticks and rootbeer

undecided whether to watch Lars & The Real Girl or Little Miss Sunshine
